We love this spot. The food is fantastic. We often get the pad Thai and peanut chicken. I love the veggies, and they don't skimp on the protein, a good blend. My kid loves seeing the fish and the owners are very nice. Just delicious food.

Had a great experience at Thai Bistro! I ordered the Spicy Thai with Chicken and the Sweet and Sour Thai with Beef — both were absolutely delicious. The spice level was just right, and the flavors were spot on. Although they were short-staffed and had a limited menu during my visit, the service was still friendly and efficient. The calming atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely looking forward to coming back when the full menu is available!

A great place to grab authentic Thai cuisine. We had the Pad Kra Pow and the Yellow Curry with spring rolls. The service was great, despite them being short staffed. Everything we had was delicious and I highly recommend eating here!

Delicious - Spicy - large servings - my favorite Panang Curry in Colorado (so far) - not overly sweet and very savory - Spice level is slightly higher than most Thai.

Thai sweet and sour chicken was great! Like other reviewers have said their spicy levels are pretty hot so you might choose one level down from what you think you want.

For decades, Thai Bistro has been a pillar of Thai cuisine in the south Denver area. I have been eating here for 20 years and it has been consistently incredible; true testament to their integrity in upholding these wildly delicious recipes. And the BEST Drunken Noodles in Colorado... PERIOD. Every dish is unique in its flavor profiles and every bite is just as good as the last. They also sling delicious cocktails inspired from Southeast Asia along with offering an array of Asian beers. If you want Thai done right, or if you are new to Thai food, look no further. 10/10 ทสด!

I absolutely love Thai so I decided to try this place on our way through Denver. I got it as take out. The food was delicious! I got the crab rangoon, chicken pineapple rice, and mango sticky rice. The spice level was perfect at hot. The service was amazing and the food was ready fast. I would absolutely recommend!

Really wanted to try this place and it was such a breath of fresh air. I had two things that are NOT on the menu but they were insanely delicious: 1) Garden rolls (unfried with rice paper!) were so insanely good. Avocado, cabbages, cucumber, carrot, tofu...so insanely good & the best ones I’ve found anywhere around Denver. And 2) was the roast duck curry! Duck isn’t so popular in America but omg it was perfect. So happy I found this dish somewhere near home after falling in love with it overseas. Last thing we wanted to try was the sticky rice & Thai custard. So happy we did, because it was incredibly unique & delicious. Service was also so prompt & wonderful, I’m so grateful that they were willing to tell me about the off-the-menu items after I’d asked about the two things i wanted but didn’t see on the menu. Will DEFINITELY come back, I’ve found my new favorite Thai place
